Sound Wave Frequency and Healing

The frequency of a sound wave is the measure of the number of wave cycles within one second. This is measured in Hertz (Hz). In sound healing the frequency is what we commonly refer to as the sound vibrations of a particular instrument or chant.  Every system and being in the universe is resonate to a particular vibration of energy and sound. Sound healing is like a reset button for our cosmic inner and global universal energetic system. Everything is joined together in relationship through this resonate frequency based vibration system.


There are so many varieties of sound healing techniques that work with vibration to enhance, activate, reset, transform, and promote balanced wellness throughout a system.  Drumming, chanting, overtone chanting, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and other techniques are important in the expression and the artistry of sound transformative healing processes.
